Q: How do I view my proofs?
A: If you're like me, you're dying to see your pictures! Typically, digital proofs are available for viewing within 48-72 hours of our session. They can be viewed in a gallery which is set up specifically for you at Smugmug. SmugMug also offers an easy way of sharing your gallery with family and friends so they may place their own orders.
The album of 4 x 6 presentation shots included with your sitting fee (either 10 or 20) takes approximately 7 days for delivery.
Q: How do I order prints or other products?
A: Ordering your prints, canvas or other merchandise has never been easier! Prints are available in most sizes at Smugmug. Sometimes, due to cropping, sizes are limited on certain prints. Orders can be placed online using a major credit card and will be shipped directly to you. Smugmug also offers an easy way of sharing your gallery with family and friends so they may place their own orders. In addition to prints, Smugmug offers other products such as mugs, calendars, mouse pads, etc. Please note that prices shown for prints and other products do not reflect sales tax or shipping.
Q: Do you offer any other unique photo gifts?
A: Yes, StoryBooks and Reflection Reels! Sharing your digital photos with family and friends is such an easy thing to do these days. But, the next time you're thinking about sharing your latest batch of shots, don't just e-mail them or put them all on a disk and send them off in the mail. I offer a little something special...together, you and I can create a digital Reflection Reel which is a collection presented as a movie/video with your choice of pictures and music. Also, if have have other digital prints, we can include those and can even scan existing prints to add to the movie. Viewing your photos with nice transitions and background music will definitely make an impression the next time you decide to share your photos. Reflection Reels can be emailed or placed on a CD. They make a beautiful gift for grandparents!
If you're looking for a great way to present your photos besides digitally (i.e., hard copies the old fashioned way), you may want to consider a beautiful leather or soft cover StoryBook with specific themes depending on the occasion. Each page is designed with an occasion/theme in mind with added artwork to mingle with your photos.
